How do you ship?
Answer: UPS Ground. The shipping is free for retail orders in
the contiguous U.S.
If you would like your order shipped "Next Day", or "2nd
Day" air please indicate in the "Comments Block"
on the order form. We will add these additional charges to your order.
We use UPS, FEDEX, and DHL for
these services.
Shipping fees apply on all wholesale orders.
Do you give discounts for corporations?
Answer: Yes We sell to many corporations. The discount depends
entirely on the qty, embossing, or embroidery requirements for the items. If you have
questions regarding corporate discounts, call us at 1-877-625-7230 ( toll free).
Do you charge state sales tax?
Only for New York state residents.
When do you ship?
Answer: We will ship within 5 working days. If your item is not available, we
will email you.
Are all your sizes American Standard sizes?
Answer: Yes

checks after a 5 day clearance period.

Yes we do. We sell to many retail outlets, malls, large specialty stores, and

Please note: When ordering wholesale ( bulk) quantities
and paying by credit card, a 2.9% bank fee applies. You may save paying this fee this by
sending a check or money order. When paying by personal check, a 5 day clearance applies.
What is your return policy?
Answer:
All items must have the original tags and must be returned within 30 days from date
you receive your order. We will issue a full credit ( minus special shipping charges such
as overnight or next day delivery) to your credit card for the purchase amount.
Customer pays shipping back on returns.
What is your exchange policy?
Answer:
We will exchange your item for a different size or color. The customer pays shipping
charges on all exchanges.
